Without Trip Insurance
7+ Days Notice:
- Reschedule once (within 90 days, subject to availability) OR
- Request refund: 70% refund (forfeit 30% + fees)
3-7 Days Notice:
- Reschedule once (within 90 days, subject to availability) OR
- Forfeit full amount (no refund)
Under 72 Hours or No-Show:
- No refund, no reschedule
With Trip Insurance – $20/person *RECOMMENDED*
Up to 48 Hours Before Your Event:
- Full refund available (you pay only $20/person insurance + fees) OR
- Reschedule once for free (within 90 days)
- Covers: Illness, emergencies, weather delays, travel issues

Lounge & Nightclub Entry Requirements
Age & ID Requirements:
- Must be 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID
- Accepted: Driver’s license, passport, military ID, state ID
- NOT Accepted: Expired or temporary IDs, photos of IDs
- Group leader (booking holder or designated representative) must check in with valid ID. To designate someone else, email info@gxptours.com 48+ hours in advance.
- No ID = No entry = No refund. This is the venue’s policy.
Dress Code
- Nightclubs and lounges strictly enforce dress codes.
- Dress code violation = Denied entry = No refund.
Common Denial Reasons:
- No valid ID or expired ID
- Dress code violation
- Visible intoxication
- Disorderly behavior
- Venue at capacity
If denied entry: We will provide access to an alternative venue at no additional charge. Transportation to the alternative venue is your responsibility. No refunds are issued for denied entry.
Venue Changes & Capacity
Las Vegas nightclubs may change performers, hours, policies, or reach maximum capacity without notice.
If a venue becomes unavailable or full:
- We will give you as much notice as possible
- We provide entry to an alternative venue (no additional charge)
- No refunds for venue changes or capacity issues
- Transportation to alternative venue is your responsibility
Booking a peak night? (Holidays, major DJs, special events)
Your promoter will contact you within 24 hours about capacity risks and alternatives.
Vehicle Substitutions
Vehicle substitutions may occur due to maintenance or operational needs. We will provide a vehicle of similar or better capacity. No refunds are issued for vehicle substitutions.
Extreme Weather Disclaimer
Vegas summer heat limits vehicle cooling to 15-25°F below outside temperature. Extreme conditions may occasionally cause vehicle breakdowns. If this occurs, we will remedy the situation to the best of our ability based on driver and vehicle availability.
Your Responsibilities
Individual Guest Forfeits
This is a group reservation booked under one name. No refunds or prorated rates are issued if individual guests cannot participate for any reason, including:
- Lost/forgotten/expired ID
- Dress code violation
- Intoxication
- Late arrival
- Disorderly behavior
The reservation holder is responsible for collecting payments from all guests in the party.
Vehicle Damages & Cleaning
Clients assume financial liability for any damage that occurs during the rental. All damages must be paid immediately.
- Vomiting/Biohazard Cleaning: $300
- Smoking in Vehicle: $100
- Cigarette Burns: $100 per burn
- Broken/Missing Glassware: $5 per glass
- Roof Access Plexiglass: $175
- Broken Window Shade: $175
- Broken Chair: $175
- Broken Stereo/Lights/Flat Screen TV: $500
- Broken Window: $500
Payment Authorization
By booking this reservation, you authorize GXP Tours to charge the card on file for:
- Initial deposit and balance payments
- Any additional fees (damages, cleaning, upgrades)
- Charges will be processed as agreed, and payment is guaranteed.
