GXP Tours is a Las Vegas owned and operated experiential entertainment company. We run the Nightclub on Wheels and other group experiences in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you book with us, we collect the information needed to run your event, such as guest names for venue entry and pickup details. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site: which pages they view, how they found us, and general location at the city level. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our payment processor, email delivery service, phone system, website hosting, and analytics providers. They receive only what they need to do their job.
• Venue and transportation partners. To run your event, we may share guest names and event details with the venues and transportation providers involved in your booking.
• Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our guests and staff.

Social Media and Embedded Content

Our site may include embedded content from third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Maps. Our nightlife experiences are strictly 21 and over. Our website is a general audience site and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
