Are there any fees due on the night of the event?
No. Our prices include tax, fees, and gratuity. If your package includes transportation, the driver's gratuity is included. If your package includes bottle service, the waitress's gratuity is included. Additional gratuity is always welcome but never expected.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card (photo ID required), CashApp, Zelle, and ACH bank transfer.
Do I need to pay in full in advance?
Most packages require a 30% non-refundable deposit when booking 7+ days in advance, with the balance due before the event. For last-minute reservations (within 7 days), full payment is required upfront. Some venues require full prepayment regardless. We'll let you know at booking.
🚌 Transportation
Is alcohol allowed on the party bus?
Yes, alcohol is permitted as long as all passengers are 21+ and the vehicle has a partition between the driver and passengers. All GXP Tours vehicles are fully equipped for this. BYOB is welcome, or we can arrange bottles in advance.
Can kids ride on the party bus?
Yes, for non-alcoholic events. If the group is all ages and no alcohol is being consumed, minors are welcome on board.
Are there any restrictions on the bus?
No food, no smoking, and no vaping on any of our vehicles. Please treat the bus with respect. Excessive mess or damage may result in a cleaning fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of your event, the full payment is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
🎉 Nightclub & Bottle Service
What is bottle service?
Bottle service means you reserve a private table at a nightclub and purchase a bottle (or bottles) of spirits: vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc. Your table includes mixers, ice, and garnishes. You get your own section of the club, VIP entry, and table service. GXP Tours handles the reservation so you just show up.
Do I have to drink alcohol to do bottle service?
No. While a bottle purchase is typically required to reserve the table, nobody in your group is required to drink. Non-alcoholic mixers are always available at the table.
What's the dress code at Vegas nightclubs?
Most Vegas clubs enforce a dress code. Men typically need dress shoes, dress pants or dark jeans, and a collared shirt. Athletic wear, shorts, and sneakers are usually not allowed. Women have more flexibility, cocktail attire is always appropriate. Check our full dress code guide for specifics by club.
Can GXP Tours accommodate large groups (20+ people)?
Absolutely. We specialize in large group events. Our party buses fit up to 40 people, and we can reserve multiple tables or an entire venue section for very large groups. Contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer hotel pickup and drop-off?
Yes. Most of our packages include hotel pickup and drop-off anywhere on the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas including Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7–14 days in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and major Vegas events. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings. Call or text us and we'll see what we can do.
Are you a local Las Vegas company?
Yes. GXP Tours is 100% Las Vegas owned and operated, founded in 2020 by a team with 17+ years of Vegas nightlife and hospitality experience. We live here, we know the city, and we're not a call center or third-party booker.
