Why Book a Party Bus
Instead of Uber?
The Las Vegas airport (LAS) is often backed up with Uber and Lyft riders, which means long waits and surge pricing. With a pre-booked airport limo or party bus, your group walks out and the vehicle is ready, you all ride together in style, and the cost usually works out to about $25 per person including gratuity. For arrivals, dinners, shows, and club nights where everyone needs to be on time, a Las Vegas airport limo or party bus transfer is almost always the better value than gambling on rideshare.
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this vehicle when booking at least 7 days in advance. For bookings made 7 days or less before the event, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Q: Can we drink alcohol on the bus?
A: Yes. Alcohol is allowed as long as everyone is 21+ and the vehicle has a partition between the driver and passengers. All of our party buses, Sprinter limos, and Hummer limos qualify.
Q: What areas do you pick up from?
A: We pick up at all major Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotels/casinos. Off-Strip locations are available and may incur an additional fee.
Q: What fees are included/excluded?
A: Our prices include fuel and standard driver gratuity. A 1.9% booking fee applies to all reservations and a 3.4% fee applies to credit card payments. You can avoid card fees by paying with Zelle.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Within 7 days of your reservation, full payment is non-refundable. If you purchase trip insurance at the time of booking, you may reschedule once or cancel for a full refund (minus the cost of trip insurance) up to 48 hours before your reservation.
Q: Is gratuity included?
A: Yes. Standard gratuity for your driver is included in the price. Extra tips are always appreciated but never required.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: As soon as your dates are confirmed and you know you want a vehicle. Weekends, holidays, and big event dates can sell out weeks (or even months) in advance. The earlier you book, the better your chances of getting the vehicle and time you want.
Q: Are kids permitted on the vehicles?
A: Yep! Our Party Bussin’ all-ages events are strictly non-alcoholic and designed for families. We keep everything fun, age-appropriate, and focused on a safe VIP experience for kids and teens.
Q: What happens if our flight runs late?
A: We build realistic timelines and monitor your flight for airport pickups. If your airline changes the schedule, we’ll see the update and adjust your pickup automatically—no need to call us unless there’s a major change.
Q: Is food allowed on the vehicle?
A: No. Food is not allowed on the vehicles.
Q: Is vaping or smoking allowed?
A: No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on any vehicles.
