FAQ

Are there any additional charges?

No. Once your reservation is paid for, there are no other charges due on the night of the event.

How much should I tip?

20% gratuity is included to both your driver and waitress. If you would like to leave additional gratuity or tip your VIP host or busser, you may do you at your own discretion.

Can I get in if I turn 21 at midnight?

Yes, as soon as the clock hits 12:00 AM you’re good to go 🙂

What kind of music will be playing?

Inside the limo you can play anything you’d like! Simply ask your driver to play some tunes or ask them for the vehicle’s Bluetooth name so you may connect and play your own music from your mobile device. On The Record plays a mix of Top 40, Hip Hop and party music.

Is this ok for older guests?

Yes, this package is great for anyone who wants to get out and have a great time drinking and dancing in Vegas! Mom, dad, aunt, and uncle are all welcome to join and no one will feel out of place. Some of the wildest groups we’ve seen were with their parents/relatives lol!

Is a return ride included?

No, a return ride is not included. It can be difficult to round up your entire group at 2am-4am after a night of partying and get them all to valet on time. After the club, some may want to eat, others may want to gamble, wander, etc. The easiest way to get a ride home is to go to the main valet and catch a cab or rideshare. If you would like to book a limo for a return ride we’re happy to assist you.

Can We Split Payments?

Yes, payments can be split up to 3 ways per reservation.

Where will our table be located?

Table locations are plotted on the night of the event. The venue puts tables with the highest prepaid tabs in the center dance floor area. Adding additional credit to your prepaid bar tab will upgrade your table location.

Is there a dress code for On The Record?

Yes! Dress code is upscale, fashionable attire. Clothing considered offensive may be denied entry. Prohibited items include: oversized bags (maximum of 12″ x 12″ x 6″), backpacks, food, liquids, vaporizers, illegal drugs, marijuana, selfie sticks, SLP professional cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses, video cameras (GoPro, Google Glass etc.), personal computers, tablets, balloons, weapons, large signs. Management reserves all rights to refuse entry.
