Since 2009 Hosting Las Vegas

I've been hosting Las Vegas since 2009. I got my start when DJ friends and label contacts began sending people my way: "You're in Vegas, take care of them." I did. Word spread, and taking care of people became the career.

Since then I've personally helped thousands of people plan and pull off amazing Vegas trips: bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate teams, and reunions. The hundreds and hundreds of reviews we've earned are those groups talking. I've also taken care of professional athletes, including Super Bowl winners, Stanley Cup winners, and World Series winners, along with actors, executives, and entire sports teams. I don't name clients. Discretion is part of the service, and it's a big reason they come back.

Being here since 2009 means I know which door to walk up to, which night each club actually goes off, and which "VIP deal" is a tourist trap. That knowledge is what you're really booking.

It's also how I ended up on UK television. Channel 5's Eamonn & Ruth Do Vegas filmed me taking the hosts around town in the limo, showing them what I can set up for people here.

GXP Tours

Why This Company Exists

Aaron, founder and owner of GXP Tours

In 2020, Las Vegas shut down. The only way people could go out was in private groups: your people, nobody else. I built GXP Tours around that idea, private group experiences run at the level I'd been delivering for VIP clients for over a decade. Vegas reopened. The private format stayed, because it turned out to be a better night.

Today GXP Tours runs the Nightclub on Wheels, Ghostbar bottle service, Splash Dance, the comedy club, gambling lessons, and more. I own the company and I'm still hands-on with the operation every single week.

Outside of work you'll find me training jiu jitsu or snowboarding. And I plan trips for my own friends and family the same way I plan them for clients, because we've all been on one that wasn't put together right. When a trip is planned properly, everything just works, and everyone thanks the person who made it happen. I love being that person, in my personal life and in this business.

Here's the honest reason I do this: it makes me happy. I get to use everything I've learned in this town since 2009 to give people the best weekend of their lives, and I meet interesting people from all over the world while doing it. I take real pride in this company. When a group texts me the morning after saying it was the best night of the trip, that's the whole point.

The Backstory

Before Vegas Chicago & the DJ Booth

I grew up in rural Canada and moved to Chicago in the '90s. I got my degree in finance from DePaul University, worked as a junior broker at Smith Barney, a floor broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and a prop trader on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade. Then I left it all for music: producer and traveling DJ with Ministry of Sound, and resident DJ for Hed Kandi, playing the United States, Canada, and Mexico every weekend.

What does any of that have to do with your trip? Reading a room, managing chaos, and delivering under pressure. That's the job.
