I'm Aaron Perez, the founder and owner of GXP Tours. I've been hosting in Las Vegas since 2009. It started with friends and others I'd met over the years sending people my way when they came to town. Word spread, and taking care of people became the career.
Since then I've helped thousands of groups plan their Vegas trips: bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate outings, and incentive trips. I've worked with everyone from first-time Las Vegas visitors and wedding parties to executives, corporate groups, professional athletes, and championship teams.

I built GXP Tours to give groups one experienced team coordinating the transportation, venues, reservations, and timing behind the night. We recommend experiences that genuinely fit the group and make sure everyone knows where to be and when.
That approach became even more important in 2020, when private group experiences changed how people went out in Las Vegas. The city reopened, but the private format remained because, for many groups, it creates a smoother and more memorable night.
Today, we use that same approach for the Nightclub on Wheels, party bus experiences, bottle service, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate outings, and other Las Vegas group events.
The most rewarding part of this job is when people tell me their trip was incredible and everything went off without a hitch. It means I helped make a great memory.

GXP Tours is operated from Las Vegas by founder Aaron Perez, who has worked in the city's nightlife and hospitality industry since 2009. Our remote reservations and sales team helps us respond efficiently, while Aaron oversees the local relationships, recommendations, and operational standards behind each experience.

I went on to work as a producer and international DJ with Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi, performing throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. That experience taught me how to read a room, manage complex events, and create memorable experiences for very different groups of people.
Eventually, that path brought me to Las Vegas, where I began hosting visitors in 2009 and later founded GXP Tours.
When I'm not working, I'm usually training jiu-jitsu, snowboarding, or spending time with my family.
