Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Without Trip Insurance
- 7+ Days Notice: Reschedule once within 90 days (subject to availability) OR receive a 70% refund
- 3–7 Days Notice: Reschedule once within 90 days (subject to availability) OR forfeit full amount
- Under 72 Hours / No-Show: No refund, no reschedule
With Trip Insurance ($20/person)
- Up to 48 Hours Before: Full refund (you pay only $20/person insurance + fees) OR reschedule once for free
- Covers: Illness, emergencies, weather delays, travel issues
- Must be purchased at time of booking. Cannot be added later.

Age & ID Requirements
All attendees must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Accepted: Driver's license, passport, military ID, state ID.
Not Accepted: Expired IDs, temporary IDs, photos of IDs.
No ID = No entry = No refund. This is the venue's policy and is strictly enforced.
Dress Code
Las Vegas nightclubs and lounges strictly enforce dress codes. It is your responsibility to arrive dressed appropriately for the venue on your tour.
Dress code violation = Denied entry = No refund.
Denied Entry
If you are denied entry to the primary venue due to dress code violations or visible intoxication, we will provide access to an alternative venue at no additional charge. Transportation to the alternative venue is your responsibility.
Venue Changes & Capacity
Las Vegas nightclubs may change performers, hours, or policies, or may reach maximum capacity without notice. No refunds are issued for venue changes or capacity-related denials beyond our control.
Vehicle Substitutions
Vehicle substitutions may occur due to maintenance or operational needs. We will provide a vehicle of similar or better capacity. No refunds are issued for vehicle substitutions.
Extreme Weather
Vegas summer heat limits vehicle cooling to 15–25°F below outside temperature. Extreme conditions may occasionally cause vehicle breakdowns. We will make every effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Individual Guest Forfeiture
This is a group reservation booked under one name. No refunds or prorated rates are issued if individual guests cannot participate for any reason, including:
- Lost, forgotten, or expired ID
- Dress code violation
- Visible intoxication
- Late arrival
- Disorderly behavior
Vehicle Damages & Cleaning Fees
Clients are financially liable for any damage to the vehicle or equipment. The following charges apply:

Payment Authorization
By booking this reservation, you authorize GXP Tours to charge the card on file for:
- Initial deposit and balance payments
- Any additional fees including damages, cleaning charges, or upgrades
