Complimentary nightclub entry Las Vegas for group from Southern California

I-15 out of San Diego is a straight shot north through the Inland Empire, the Cajon Pass, and the desert into Las Vegas. It's a well-worn route: plenty of groups treat it as a long weekend rather than a full vacation, up Friday night or Saturday morning, back Sunday. Once you're here, your private party bus handles the rest.

Before You Hit I-15

A few things that make the trip from San Diego go smoother.

Tip 01

Leave Early on Fridays

Friday afternoon through the Inland Empire and the Cajon Pass can back up badly. Leaving before the afternoon rush, or waiting until after it, makes a real difference. Saturday morning tends to be the cleanest drive.

Tip 02

Plan the Sunday Return

Everyone leaving Vegas on Sunday hits I-15 around the same window. Leaving Sunday morning or waiting until later in the evening usually beats the worst of the backup.

Tip 03

California ID Works Fine

A valid California driver's license or state ID is accepted everywhere on the trip. Just double check it isn't expired before you leave. 21+ strictly, no exceptions, at every stop.

Tip 04

Book Your Pickup Where You're Staying

Your private vehicle picks your group up directly from your Strip hotel. Tell us where you're staying when you book and we'll coordinate the timing.

Questions From San Diego Groups

Answers from an operator who books this trip for Southwest groups every week.

How far is Las Vegas from San Diego?
About 330 miles. Most groups make it in roughly 5 to 5.5 hours via I-15, depending on traffic through the Inland Empire and where you're starting from in San Diego.
Do we need to rent a car once we get to Las Vegas?
No. If you book the Nightclub on Wheels, your private vehicle picks your group up at your hotel, handles the Las Vegas Sign stop, and drops you at the nightclub. You don't need a car for the night, just for the drive in.
What's the best time to leave San Diego to avoid I-15 traffic?
Leave earlier than you think on a Friday, that stretch through the Cajon Pass and into the desert backs up badly by late afternoon. Saturday morning is usually the cleanest drive. The return trip Sunday afternoon is the other stretch to plan around, since everyone leaving Vegas hits I-15 around the same window.
Is there a flight option instead of driving?
Yes. San Diego to Las Vegas is about a 1.25 hour flight with several daily nonstops. Some of our San Diego groups fly in for a one-night trip and are on the party bus the same evening they land.
Is the Nightclub on Wheels strictly 21 and over?
Yes, strictly 21+. ID is checked at every stop, no exceptions. A valid California driver's license or ID works fine, just make sure it isn't expired.
What's included in the price?
One flat, all-inclusive price per person: a fully stocked private vehicle for your group only, complimentary champagne, a Las Vegas Sign photo stop, and complimentary entry to the nightclub of your choice with no cover charge. Gratuity is always included. Restrictions apply for special events, major holiday weekends, and sold-out nights. See the full breakdown →
