You're booked. This page covers everything your group needs for the night: check-in, timing, ID rules, and how the evening flows. Have everyone read it before you head out, and keep it handy during your trip in case anything comes up.
You'll receive a detailed itinerary via email with all the relevant information for your night.
Drivers aren't assigned until the night of the event. You'll get a text that evening with your driver's name and phone number.

Check in at the podium under your name and tell them you're with GXP Tours.
The time you booked is your lounge arrival time. Your limo pickup is one hour later.
Same pattern for any booking time: lounge at your booked time, limo one hour later.
Transportation to the lounge is not included, but you can add it as an upgrade with 48 hours notice.
A valid government-issued ID and dress code compliance. Check the dress code guide before you pack.
Be at your pickup location 5 minutes early. There's a second ID check at the door. No one under 21 rides, no exceptions.
Vehicles are assigned based on your group size and fleet availability. Your reservation may be fulfilled with a Sprinter-type vehicle, Hummer-style limousine, traditional stretch limousine, or party bus. The exact make, model, style, color, and configuration are not guaranteed. Las Vegas experiences extreme summer heat, and vehicles may also require routine maintenance or become unavailable because of mechanical issues, flat tires, or other unexpected circumstances. If your originally assigned vehicle becomes unavailable, another vehicle suitable for your group size will be substituted. Your reservation guarantees transportation for the confirmed group size, not a specific vehicle, color, or model shown in photos or requested at the time of booking.
Stocked with mixers, ice, cups, napkins, straws, and bottled water. Alcohol is not included or provided by GXP Tours: guests 21+ purchase it directly from a nearby liquor store during a quick stop after pickup, or bring their own. Drinks stay on the limo and can't come into the clubs. Bluetooth is available, so bring your playlist.
Your ride includes a stop at the Las Vegas Sign or the Bellagio Fountains, depending on your ride length.
No standing on seats, no food, no vaping, no smoking. Damage and cleaning fees run $200 to $350+, so treat the ride right and this never comes up.
Your promoter will text you the entry details for your night. Follow them and you're in.
Strictly enforced at every venue. Read the dress code guide so nobody in your group gets turned away at the door.
Restrictions apply for special events, major holiday weekends, and sold-out nights. If your night is affected, we'll line up alternative options for your group.
Text your promoter. They'll text you first with your entry details, so you'll have their number.
Text your driver. You'll get their name and number the evening of your reservation.
